Type of Position: Hourly, 40 hours/week

Job Description:
As a Bakery Production Associate at Michele’s Granola, you are a key member of our small-batch production team. In this role you will have several distinct and central roles in our kitchen facility including preparing product, baking product, packaging product, and cleaning and dishwashing.
As part of our team, you will have clearly defined tasks to complete during the daily shift. The position involves standing for extended periods of time, repetitive motion, moving at a steady pace, lifting to 50lbs, and pushing up to 150lbs.
Basic Expectations of the Bakery Production Associate include:
Outstanding food safety, food handling, prep and packaging skills, including accuracy, time management, organization, reliability and enthusiasm in the kitchen
