Compensation:

$50,000 - $90,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
  • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
  • Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly
  • Communicate effectively to ensure successful transactions with all parties of the transactions
  • Follow up on leads and know-how to direct your marketing efforts
  • Attend open houses, MLS, and other industry-related events to generate more sales
  • Follow team processes to ensure smooth transactions
Qualifications:
  • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential
  • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry
  • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
  • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Possess a valid Florida Realtor Estate License or be in the process of obtaining one
  • Have a valid Driver's License
  • Familiar with real estate trends and local geography
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other related technologies (or willingness to learn new technology)
  • Demonstrate strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to learn new tools, systems, processes, and technologies
  • Show a helpful and customer-focused attitude
  • Remain persistent and resilient when facing difficult situations
  • Possess the ability to learn, unlearn, and relearn as well as trust in teammates
