Engagement Skills Trainer II Site Lead

Location: Fort Devens, MA

Contingent Upon Contract Award

Responsibilities: PD Systems has a contingent requirement for a Senior/Lead Training and Development Specialist, responsible for ensuring the fluent system operations, sustainment, and scheduling of the Engagement Skills Trainer (EST) II system in support of US Army training requirements. The Senior/Lead Training and Development Specialist will oversee on-site contractor personnel and serve as the on-site contractor point of contact.

Education and Experience:

1. Must possess a minimum of two years' experience in the operation and deployment of the ESTII system.
2. Must have a thorough knowledge of Army Training Circular 3-20.40 (Training and Qualification - Individual Weapons, July 2019) Prior US Army experience is desired.

Other Specific Requirements:

1. Must Be a U.S. Citizen.
2. Must be able to pass a background investigation.
3. Must be fluent in English.
