Our drivers are the backbone of our business, delivering frozen, refrigerated, and dry food products, as well as cleaning supplies to schools, hospitals, hotels and inns, restaurants, and take-outs across the State of Maine and New Hampshire. We need drivers who have a professional appearance, are self-motivated and safety conscious, and have excellent customer service skills.

Our Class A Delivery drivers leave every morning from our Hampden location, and return home daily. You'll be compensated based on the number of pieces delivered, miles driven, and number of stops. This is a Monday through Friday position, with optional weekend work. And the earning potential is excellent - experienced delivery drivers can earn gross earnings upwards of $100,000 annually!

Qualified Drivers Must Have the Following:

· Current and valid CDL A or B Driver’s License (willing to obtain Class A license through employment)

· Minimum three years of driving experience (preferred)

· Excellent customer service skills

· Willing to be a strong member of the team

· Have solid written and verbal skills

· Able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and criminal background check (FMCSA Requirements)

· Must be able to lift product up to 100 lbs. and lift 10 – 80 lbs. frequently

Daily Duties Include:

· Report to work on or before scheduled time

· Deliver correct product to the correct customers in a timely manner

· Maintain a working relationship with all customers and co-workers

· Report any accidents and/ or damage to Company equipment or Customer product

· Understand and keep an accurate Logbook as required by Federal DOT Regulations

· Travel all routes as scheduled

· Communicate daily with the Transportation Manager

· Act as the last line of defense to ensure that products delivered to our customers are consistent with the policies and procedures as set forth in our Food Safety Plan.

Schedule:

· Monday thru Friday – Optional Saturday route(s)

· Home Daily – No Nights

· Annual Work
