About the Role

As a Dietary Aid you will impact the lives of all members and residents through assisting with food preparation, serving meals, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.

What You'll Do
As a member of our team you will have an impact on our clients through accomplishment of the following responsibilities:

• Provide 5 STAR service: Smile and Greet, Take Initiative, Accept Responsibility, Respect the Whole Person, Seek to Understand.
• Set, bus, and clean tables.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Assist with trash disposal.
• Receive, store, and rotate groceries.
• Observe and report resident symptoms and changes.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.

What You'll Bring to the Team
To be successful in this role and a great addition to our team we need you to come with the following:

• High School diploma or equivalent; minimum of one year related experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and cooperation skills.
• Professional commitment to Christian principles aligned with our mission.
