Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift

• 3rd: 11:45 pm-08:15 am 

Summary

Set up, installation, maintenance, and repair of robotic equipment and a variety of machinery within our manufacturing facility. You will work closely with production and other maintenance techs and be responsible for ensuring that all robotics and other machinery are operating at peak efficiency to meet production goals.

You will be joining a dynamic and innovative team of manufacturing and maintenance professionals, who are committed to driving continuous improvement and utilizing cutting-edge technology to improve manufacturing and packaging processes.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair robotic equipment within a manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with production teams to determine the most effective use of robotics technology to improve product quality and production efficiency.
• Develop preventative maintenance plans for robotic equipment, and perform routine maintenance as required.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using diagnostic equipment and software, and repair or replace malfunctioning parts as needed.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed when working with robotic equipment, and that all safety equipment is properly maintained and functional.
• Train production and maintenance personnel on proper use and maintenance of robotic equipment
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements in robotics technology.

Requirements

• Experience in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with robotic equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of robotic equipment installation, maintenance, and repair
• Experience using diagnostic equipment and software to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programming and robotic control systems
• Strong safety awareness and knowledge of safety protocols for working with robotic equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $19.50 per hour + Shift Differential
