Lexus of Northborough is looking for an EXPERIENCED technician to join our team! Our busy service department is in need of a qualified, high level technician to help us meet the demands of our customers and to mentor our existing technician team. There is no shortage of work and we are eager to hire the right candidates! We are offering up to a $2,500 Sign-on Bonus for the right candidates, as well as a competitive pay plan and great benefits! Our state-of-the-art service department is clean, safe and well-equipped for success. Extensive factory training is available to those who are career focused. - Inspect and follow manufacturer provided diagnostic procedures.
- Provide accurate estimates following manufacturer guidelines for repairs.
- Perform repair and maintenance work that meets dealership and manufacturer standard.
- Learn new technical information and techniques in training sessions.
- Maintain a neat and safe work environment.
- Follow posted work schedules.
- Other duties may be assigned according to skills and certifications.
