Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with business tax return preparation, financial statement analysis, and guidance on business decisions such as tax planning, effective tax rates, and cash posture requirements.
- Support clients by writing proposals, engagement letters, budgeting, staffing, and billing.
- Participate in the in-house CPE classes and general tax training provided by the firm.
- Conduct research on client issues and represent clients during IRS audits.
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years recent public accounting experience
- 1+ years experience in tax compliance
- Must be pursuing or possess a CPA license
- Master’s in taxation a plus
- Willing to work in a Hybrid environment
