Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. $17 - $19 hourly

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as PTAC units, plumbing fixtures, and pool pumps to make sure they're operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform any necessary repairs
• Plan and implement routine preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks
• Ensure hotel pool and hot tub facilities maintain proper chemical balance
• Accomplish daily tasks such as weeding, emptying garbage bins, cleaning up pet facilities, and ensuring the exterior of the building stays in excellent condition
• Assist the housekeeping department as necessary to ensure guests' rooms stay in outstanding condition

• Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures
• Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent
• Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests
