If so Quick Cable in Franksville, WI is looking for a Credit and Collections Clerk. When you join the team at Quick Cable, you will be responsible for all company credit and collections activities. The primary goal is to minimize bad debts while maintaining positive customer relations.

You will be working closely with the sales and customer service teams and the Accounts Receivable Clerk, processing credit card payments and submitting sales invoices through customer portals. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordination of all collection efforts to minimize bad debts, including customer contracts necessary to collect delinquent accounts and prepare correspondence as required. You will be able to use your communication skills to call on past due accounts early and often to balance those accounts. Timely investigation and resolution of short pays is a priority in this position. Coordinating with collection agencies in case all other internal company options are exhausted is a great asset.

What does it take to succeed?

All you need is a High School Diploma and strong business aptitude. An associate degree in accounting or related field is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in general accounting with a strong credit and collection background is also required. Experience in Microsoft Office and an elevated level of working in a computer-based environment is preferred as this position involves web-browsing and an ERP system daily. Experience with RB ERP (role based) software is preferred.

A self-directed, can-do attitude with the proven ability to learn new applications independently is a great asset!!
