We design, build, and maintain proprietary machines that have made SPIROL the leader in our field. Are you able to assemble and wire 12"x12" to 24"x48" control panels, assemble wiring harnesses, troubleshoot electrical faults, take ownership, get into the details, and have problem-solving abilities? You could be exactly what we are looking for.

As a SPIROL Electrical Technician, you will spend your days:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Working with Design Engineers to assemble, connect, and troubleshoot control panels and systems
  • Work alongside the Operations Team to perform electrical preventive/corrective maintenance and troubleshoot proprietary equipment.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Support research and development projects
  • Support equipment upgrades
  • Provide recommendations to advance existing capabilities and for cost reductions
  • Perform as the backup to the Insertion Equipment Electrical Technician

A successful SPIROL Electrical Technician:

  • Works safely
  • Can wire a control panel from electrical schematics and identify specifications from drawings
  • Has problem solving skills and can troubleshoot electrical systems
  • Takes ownership and pride in their work
  • Has an attention to details
  • Has the ability to prioritize their work schedule to complete projects on-time
  • Is energetic
  • Becomes knowledgeable of SPIROL equipment and processes
  • Has in-depth knowledge of the design details associated with their projects

Recommended Qualifications:

  • At least two years of electronics/electrical assembly & troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably combined with at least a Technical School degree.
  • Familiarity with facility power supplies and wiring standards.
  • Ability to understand ladder logic programs and make basic changes to assist in debugging equipment.
