911 Restoration is a premier emergency restoration company, specializing in commercial and residential water, fire, and mold disaster recovery. We are growing our team and looking for talented crew chief. If you are self-motivated, hardworking, and have great interpersonal skills and love doing something new each day then you'll thrive in our work environment.
Responsibilities:
- This role must be able to do the restoration part of the job but also mainly will be running the job oversight.
- Running a team to complete the job
- Client facing, being able to help answer their questions of the job
Position Requirements:
- Restoration experience 2-3 years
- Must be timely in their ability to quickly respond to jobs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Great attitude, trustworthy, dependable, and a pleasant personality
- Able to pass a background check
- IICRC or WRT preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Standard schedule is 9-5 Monday- Friday
- 911 Restoration operates 365 days a year so overtime and rotating on-call schedule is common
