911 Restoration is a premier emergency restoration company, specializing in commercial and residential water, fire, and mold disaster recovery. We are growing our team and looking for an Outside Sales Rep. If you are self-motivated, hardworking, and have great interpersonal skills and love doing something new each day then you'll thrive in our work environment.

 

The Position:

911 Restoration is looking to hire a Outside Sales Rep to bring in new accounts by reaching out to local property managements companies, and related trades as well as maintaining our existing accounts. We are looking for an aggressive person to enhance our business-to-business sales efforts.  We seek a highly motivated and positive individual who is confident and outgoing. Qualified candidates must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to make high level presentations. They would be able to think quickly and answer hidden objections. They would have a professional appearance and be very self-motivated.

 

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Bring in new accounts/sign up companies to be on our vendor list i.e. property management companies, insurance agencies
  • Maintain existing relationships through various communication channels
  • Research companies and contacts in the area
  • Place meetings, scheduling, networking, frequent commuting

  • You are charismatic, self-sufficient, a go-getter, sociable, have great communication skills, results driven, competitive, organized
  • B2B sales experience
  • Enjoys being on the phone, networking, commuting to various offices with ease
  • Maintain a positive attitude when facing difficult situations

 

Experience and Requirements:

  • Extensive face-to-face selling experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects and able to multi-task in a large territory
  • Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Proven track record of sales goal attainment in a longer selling cycle environment
  • Highly competitive, positive, and results driven sales person
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to build client and solution/value-based proposals
  • Coach-able, trainable, and have a good personality
  • Local knowledge and contacts in one or more market segments preferred
