Responsibilities - Receptionist:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer calls on a multi-line telephone system in a courteous, professional manner, screen and forward incoming calls to the appropriate area; take and relay accurate messages
• Perform general clerical duties to support the operation of daily business
• Perform other duties as requested
  
  

Requirements - Receptionist:

• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• Dependable and friendly with excellent telephone manners
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
• Able to multi-task and solve problems
