Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is looking for a Lead Flutter Developer. as a member of our team, you will run and design product application features across various cross platform devices. The ideal candidate must have experience using Flutter and that is passionate with code writing, work optimally with other development team members and have strong understanding of how app development works.

Location: Columbus - OH

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Working closely with customer IT team for design decision making and KT calls
• Collaboration with other teams in the portfolio for integration points / APIs
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, daily stand-up calls, retrospection, and all other agile ceremonies.
• Testing support, code promotion and UAT support
• Helping team fix day-to-day integration issues with other applications.
• Participate on behalf of Cognizant team in scrum of scrum meetings and resolve dependencies.
• Formulate code check-in policies in enterprise GIT. Recommend appropriate Tools / accelerators for the team.

Required qualifications:

• Good Communication skills
• Mobile Application Design and development in Flutter, Java 8+, Spring Boot 2+ & AWS Cloud, Code Deployment
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to tackle complex business and development problems.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:
• Ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of software development principles and coding standard processes.
• Full stack development experience
• Knowledgeable in front-end web development technologies and techniques
• Java, Spring Boot and Angular development
• DevOps & Cloud- Apigee, AWS (Rancher/ Kubernetes), GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Harness, CI/CD Pipeline
• Technology depth and experience with designing, building, and supporting APIs.
• Passion and ability to coach and mentor junior developers.
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external team members to help drive the best technical direction and decision making.
• Drives cross-collaboration and execution of projects across multiple teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication, people interaction, and self-leadership skills
• Thought leadership with strong ability to influence and lead continuous improvement.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $52,000 - $146,600 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
