As our IT Operations Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IT service delivery processes and practices to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of IT services to business units. You will drive continuous improvement of technology and improve overall IT management and structure. You will support day-to-day operations or corporate IT such as Google Workspace, Apple Business Manager, Jamf, and more. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT service management, with a strong background in IT security best practices
  • Experience supporting IT service desk operations, including incident, problem, and change management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and drive effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve common goals
  • Knowledge of service management tools and technologies, ticketing systems, and monitoring tools

What will you be Accountable for?

  • Work with the Director of IT to design and implement IT service management processes and practices based on best practices
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Corporate IT tools including Google Workspace, Apple Business Manager, Jamf MDM, ConnectWise, and more
  • Monitor and measure the performance of IT services against established SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs) including Windows Patch Compliance
  • Identify trends, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize IT service delivery processes and enhance operational efficiency
  • Provide IT program support for site-level change management, business continuity planning, vendor risk management, third-party risk management, governance risk, and compliance
  • Manage the transition of new services, processes, and technologies into production environments
  • Develop and maintain service reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to provide visibility into IT service delivery performance
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers to ensure that service-level agreements and contracts are effectively managed


How will you Collaborate?

As the IT Operations Technical Lead, you partner with the Director of IT and Cyber Security Lead to implement both IT and cyber security technologies corporate-wide. Work closely with the business units to seek feedback and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of corporate-wide technologies, resources, policies, and best practices. Support the integration of services from the Aptiv Security Operations Center.


What are you Empowered to do?

  • Seek feedback and work with the Director of IT to improve the timeliness and quality of corporate-wide technologies, resources, policies, standards, and practices
  • Define service level agreements (SLAs) to meet the needs of the business
  • Recommend areas of improvement to business units for improving Windows Patch Compliance
  • Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and minimize disruption to business operations
  • Communicate regularly with business units to provide updates on service performance
  • Manage external vendors, suppliers, and external service providers to ensure that service level agreements are delivered in accordance with agreed-upon terms and conditions
