\nWhat they are looking for:
\n•Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
\n•Current licensure to practice professional Nursing in the State of Ohio.
\n•Three to five year's experience in a hospital setting.
\n•Previous management/supervisory experience.
\n•Current certification as a Case Management Administrator preferred.
\nHours and compensation potential:
\n• Position is full time day shift(primarily 8am-5pm).
\n•  Range is between $85K-$130K depending on experience and a full benefit package.
\nWhat you will be doing:
\n•Provides 24 hour leadership and accountability for the clinical practice and operational functions for case management.  Ensures quality services for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients by collaborating intra/interdepartmentally with staff, colleagues, administration, physicians and others.  Effectively manages materiel, fiscal and human resources.  Adheres to organizational policies and procedures; regulatory/accrediting body requirements; and professional practice standards. 
\n•Provides leadership for the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of safe, cost-effective care delivered within the case management department.
\n•Develops and supervises the case management staff.
\n•Collaborates, communicates and maintains effective relationships with staff, physicians, other healthcare providers and colleagues, and the community.
\n•Prepares, monitors and responds to variances in the operating and capital budgets.
\n•Integrates best practices in the delivery of case management services.  
\n•Participates in local, state and national professional organizations.
\n•Participates in hospital activities and represents the hospital in delegated functions.
\n•Participates in staff meetings, education programs, committees, QI activities and mandatory inservices.
\n•Other responsibilities of a Director Case Management as well.
