As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to contribute to our production team.

Position Overview:

As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by operating embroidery machines to create high-quality embroidered designs on various materials. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and a passion for producing exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities:

-Set up and operate embroidery machines according to job specifications and design requirements.
-Load designs into embroidery machines and ensure proper alignment and tension of materials.
-Monitor machine operation to detect any issues or defects in stitching, thread tension, or design alignment.
-Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
-Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
-Troubleshoot technical problems with embroidery machines and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of materials and equipment.
-Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience operating embroidery machines preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
-Knowledge of different types of embroidery stitches and techniques.
-Ability to read and interpret design specifications and instructions.
-Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
-Excellent hand-eye coordination and visual perception.
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
-Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
-Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
