We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to join our growing firm! In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys with a variety of legal matters.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive case summaries and reports.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Manage client intake and document collection processes.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation for hearings and trials.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files using electronic legal software.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals.
- Stay current on legal developments and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Paralegal certification a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a law firm setting.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with legal research databases and case management software a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong commitment to accuracy.
