Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.
Location:North New Mexico
Duration:26-week Contract
Start Date:Mid-April
End Date:26 weeks from start date
Shift:Days, evenings (4x10-hour shifts), rotating weekends
Licensure Requirement:Active New Mexico Pharmacist License
Duties:
- Perform typical inpatient pharmacist duties, including but not limited to medication checking and verification, pounding intravenous medications as needed, and overseeing pharmacy technicians.
- Manage assigned duties based on experience and departmental needs.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an inpatient pharmacist.
- Proficiency in clinical pharmacy practices and procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
