Director of Sales Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build and nurture relationships
• At least 2 years of experience as a sales director at a full-service property
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in sales or related field
• Ability to train and motivate a team to achieve goals and increase sales
• Delphi software experience is a plus
