As they continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join this dynamic team.

 

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in metal fabrication to contribute to their production operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality assurance, safety protocols, and process optimization. With a focus on continuous improvement, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive efficiency and innovation within our manufacturing processes.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for metal fabrication in accordance with quality and safety standards.

·         Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.

·         Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.

·         Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in production processes, including the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles.

·         Provide technical support and guidance to production staff to resolve issues and improve performance.

·         Participate in the development and implementation of new product launches, ensuring manufacturing feasibility and efficiency.

·         Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in metal fabrication and manufacturing engineering.

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

·         7-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on metal fabrication preferred.

·         Strong understanding of quality management systems and manufacturing processes.

·         Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and implementing process optimizations.

·         Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.

·         Experience with CAD software and familiarity with CNC machining processes is a plus.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
