Responsibilities:

• · Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional service, food quality, and overall guest satisfaction.
• · Lead by example and maintain a high standard of excellence throughout every shift.
• · Recruit, train, and manage a team of service staff, kitchen staff, and support personnel. Foster a positive work environment, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to drive efficiency and
