Interim Director of Pharmacy Full Time Benefits Offered Lancaster, NH

Seeking a dynamic Director of Pharmacy who can also serve as the InterimPharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a 25-bed critical access hospital in scenic New Hampshire. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive community-focused environment, with a 50/50 split between clinical and operational responsibilities. We welcome strong candidates open to relocating to New Hampshire, with preference for those already licensed in the state. The ideal candidate will have a clinical pharmacist background, inpatient experience, and a minimum of 2 years as a Director of Pharmacy.

Job Duties:

• Ensure clinical pharmacy services meet the pharmaceutical needs of the hospital
• Act as the Pharmacist in Charge
• Oversee administrative operations of the pharmacy department
• Provide direct supervision for all pharmacy personnel

Required:

• New Hampshire License (or willingness to obtain)
• Clinical pharmacist experience, preferably in an inpatient setting
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Director of Pharmacy
• Meditech experience preferred
• Must be comfortable living in a rural area
