Job Description
LHH is currently searching for a Product Manager for a permanent role in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of product marketing experience in the consumer goods industry. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company in a position with longevity. This is a hybrid role in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation
· Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business goals, market demands, and technology advancements
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
· Drive product development from concept to launch, managing the entire product lifecycle and ensuring products meet qualify standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
· Define pricing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth
· Analyze key performance indicators, market data, and customer feedback to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
· Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to internal teams, customers, and partners on product capabilities, features, and benefits
· Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge in the market
Qualifications:
· Minimum 4 years of product marketing experience
· Consumer goods experience required
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to work hybrid in the Dallas area
