Level I Trauma Center
419 Hospital Beds
CRNA
• Experience in Level I or II Trauma Centers is a must.
• They are open to considering candidates under iMLC.
• Seeking ongoing coverage starting in April
• You'll need to be available for 5 shifts per month.
• Shifts are Mon-Fri, They have 10s, 12s , 14s and 16s hours, and 10-hour shifts on weekends.
• EMR Epic
• Cases: Varied Cases: You'll be dealing with heads, trauma, major vascular, general, and OB cases.
• Endo
• General
• EP labs
• CVIL
• OB
• Case Acuity: The complexity of cases will gradually increase (phase up in acuity)
• You should be comfortable handling a full scope of practice.
• No cardiac cases.
• No pediatric cases under 12.
Call Schedule:
• Call is mandatory.
• In-house call: 1 OB CRNA, 1 Trauma CRNA, and 1 Anesthesiologist.
• Back-up call from home with 1 CRNA and another Anesthesiologist (opposite of the in-house doc).
• In-house call pays regular hourly, and backup call from home is a pager rate, including a 3-hour guarantee, whether it's a weekday or weekend.
