Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assists culinary staff in daily tasks such as but not limited to: stocking, cleaning, basic food prep, trash runs, recycling, and dishes.
Sets up tables and chairs and other catering equipment into position as assigned.
Understands the importance of prompt and efficient service and continually demonstrates this to Food & Beverage teammates with a sense of urgency.
Exhibits extreme care when handling dishware, glassware, silverware and food product, as well as when maneuvering stock carts and equipment through guest areas.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Must possess the ability to effectively interface with guests.
Prior experience busing tables or in a similar service capacity is preferred.
Must take PRIDE in the workspace and thrive in a team environment.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs, push, pull, stock, walk and stand for long hours.
