A Day in the Life of a BCBA:

• Develop meaningful, evidenced-based programming based on data, progress, and the continued assessment of the client.
• Provide ongoing training and support to the RBT’s on all aspects of ABA.
• Provide family guidance that is necessary to the success of treatment.
• Participate in consistent communication & collaboration with all treatment team members & other service providers outside of Blossom.
• Perform comprehensive initial intake and recurring assessments.
• Review data on a timely basis and communicate to team members as needed.
• Maintain professional boundaries as indicated by the BACB.

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• LBA (if applicable)
• ABA experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Access to reliable transportation.
