Description:

This role will take control of the front-end client experience by being the firm’s first point of contact. This position will handle important administrative duties related to the direct attorney and staff support, customer service, and client retention.

• Candidate must be a team player.

• Excellent administrative and communication skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Office including email communication and professional etiquette.

Job Duties Include:

• Answering phones, transferring calls, and communicating over email.

• Overall administrative tasks that include: scanning, filing, and data entry.

• Working at the front desk and being the front-line employee for clients and partners.

• Assisting with the billing of clients and customers.

• In charge of receiving and sending mail/ correspondence

As the new Administrative Assistant, you can expect a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing calendars and scheduling appointments for attorneys and staff, coordinating meetings and conference calls, and preparing and proofreading documents.

You will also be responsible for answering and screening phone calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries to the appropriate individuals.

In addition, you will assist with general office duties such as maintaining office supplies and equipment, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring the office is organized and presentable.

Your exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be key to your success in this role.
