Schedule and Compensation:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Rotating Saturday shift once every 3 weeks
Availability to work longer hours during peak season (July and August) is required
Competitive Pay: $18.00 per hour
Lucrative bonus incentives after your first 90 days

Responsibilities:
Receive and respond to apartment inquiries via phone, email, and website submissions
Schedule and perform apartment showings with property-specific knowledge, including timely follow-up and lead management
Prepare and distribute communication and notices to tenants
Perform apartment inspections before move-in, after move-out, and throughout the lease term as needed
Manage delinquencies and collect rent
Develop and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants
Learn and ensure compliance with all Fair Housing Laws

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Prior experience in property management, leasing or sales is a plus, along with existing Fair Housing regulation know-how. Customer service experience is highly preferred.
