Account & Social Media Coordinator

We are an advertising and consulting agency seeking an Account & Social Media Coordinator who is extremely motivated to learn, can multi-task with the best of them, organized, proactive and reliable. The main tasks for the AC will be to support the Account Managers with managing our growing client accounts and manage all social media accounts as well as take a main role in our lead management service.

Located in our headquarters in Lone Tree, Colorado we work in a fast-paced environment where immediate action is a common necessity. The perfect candidate will be self-motivated, internally driven, and eager to learn about marketing strategies across all platforms, results reporting, creative campaigns, managing clients and overall how to grow elective/medical practices through marketing. This role also assumes the responsibility as the content creator for social media for our clients.

Responsibilities as an AC

• Assist Account Managers on client accounts
• Support in furnishing monthly reports
• Assist in various administrative duties
• Main role in lead management follow-up service

Responsibilities as a Social Media Coordinator

• Create written, video and photo content across social media platforms and other digital footprints with a focus on KPIs for our clients.
• Maintain unified brand voice for each client across all platforms
• Collaborate with account managers to create a content calendar
• Analyze and prepare reports on KPIs
• Interact and respond with users via messaging, comments, etc

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 1-3 years experience in social media content creation
• Preferred experience in customer service role, but not required
• Proficient in video and photo editing software, social media management software (i.e. HootSuite), Canva, Meta Business
• Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills with an eye for details
• MUST be self-motivated and value working together as a TEAM
