International Customer Service Representative ~ Inbound Telesales

With over 65 years in the general aviation space, Aircraft Spruce and Specialty takes pride in assisting International Customers in the acquisition of aircraft parts and supplies  The ideal candidate has experience working with customers via inbound phone calls and email to obtain the needed information to ship product internationally.

This is a Monday thru Friday position from 8-430 daily will included at least 1 early shift from 7 - 330.

Required Skills:

• Experience preparing international shipments and documentation for international customs inspection.
• General knowledge of accounting practices including quotes, purchases orders, invoices and credits
• Good Microsoft 365 skills including Outlook/Word/Excel
• Proven excellence in providing Customer Service including active listening and ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills; second languages a plus but not required!
• Ability to Multi-task; Coordinating phone and email activates to keep up with customer service volume.
