Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our non-medical home care services.
• Identify and build relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess market trends.
• Generate leads through networking, outreach, and other creative methods.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth for the agency.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, with a passion for helping seniors and their families.
• Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape is a plus.
