Summer Associate

Kanner & Pintaluga is looking for exceptional law students to join our Clerkship Program. This prestigious clerkship provides the opportunity to work on a variety of substantive and challenging work assignments with K&P attorneys and culminates with a mock trial in the Firm’s state-of-the-art courtroom. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, professional, and has a genuine desire to meet the needs of others. Essential Job Functions:

• Prepare, organize, and review documents and correspondence
• Work with attorneys to develop legal arguments for cases
• Assist attorneys with file organization and preparation
• Conduct legal research
• Perform additional duties as required by the Practice Group

Experience/Requirements:

• Entry level role, training provided
• Currently enrolled and in good standing with an accredited law school
• Experience using computers and performing data-entry functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate with co-workers effectively and efficiently
• Possess excellent organization skills and be able to multitask and prioritize workload
• Team-oriented
