As a Senior Quality Engineer at EPS, you'll be responsible for ensuring manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards, particularly for aerospace applications. With your keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills, you'll detect irregularities, analyze root causes using methods like 8D and 5-why, and implement corrective actions.

Your days will be spent leading interdisciplinary teams, conducting audits for AS9100 certification, collaborating with engineering and production on design changes, and compiling conformance documentation. You'll develop quality personnel, manage projects, and initiate process improvements using statistical analysis tools like Minitab.

To thrive in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, along with 4-7 years of quality assurance experience, preferably in aerospace, military, or automotive settings. A strong data analysis and Six Sigma background is a must, complemented by outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
