IT Leader

Are you a multidimensional, innovative strategic problem solver who would like to help take a company to the next level with their IT needs?  Our middle market client is seeking a hardworking individual to join their team located in Wills Point as the IT Leader! In this exciting role, you would lead the end-to-end solutioning for technical needs for the entire organization. You would be the champion to assist in improving and maintaining IT operations, security tools, all internal hardware and software to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve as they grow!

• Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements
• Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration and support ERP system implementation and administration
• Accountable for the vendor relationships to ensure projects and business support are handled to contractual obligations and client happiness.
• Manage 3rd party network administrator to achieve agreed-upon service levels related to helpdesk, network uptime, data and system security
• Detail internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities

We are seeking someone who has confirmed experience working in programming languages and operations systems, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and more. The successful individual will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT Management and a solid understanding of IT strategy and project management. This role is ideal for someone who wants to help a company through this growing period and build the IT structure to give them the foundation they need in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
