Art Teacher - Upper School 7-8 - North Campus

Reports To: Upper School Principal

Employment Status: Part-Time, Exempt

Job Summary: Part-Time Art Teacher for Grade 7-8 students. Prepare and deliver lesson plans, grading, student feedback and development, and constituency communications including parents and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Highly engaging and enthusiastic teacher who is creative and innovative with a passion to further develop an established program
• Strong technology and communication skills
• Comfortable in a multi-denominational, Christian community
• Able to integrate faith and learning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Art Education
• Licensed teacher with K-12 certification for the state of Ohio
• Two years of art teaching experience preferred
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
