We are currently looking for a Part-Time Office Cleaner for our office.

Job Summary: To clean assigned areas property-wide.

Hours: Monday through Friday -30 hours a week - you pick if you want to come in the morning or afternoon!

Pay: $16.00/hr. - Depending on Experience

• You have 2 plus years of cleaning experience - preferred.

What you will do....

• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls.
• Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones.
• Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed.
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
• Clean and maintain restrooms.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions, major repairs, and any abnormal conditions
• Dust furniture and fixtures.
• Proven work experience as a janitor
• Ability to lift at least 25lbs.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity and ability to work independently.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Manage time efficiently.
• Must be able to use basic cleaning equipment.
