CIDAN Machinery is a global leader in the sheet metal industry. We are looking to add a Parts Coordinator to a fast-growing team. This position is ideal for a candidate with a high degree of organizational skills, combined with computer and software knowledge. Responsibilities

Candidate must have strong organizational skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software and ERP systems. The purpose of this role is to support CIDAN’s vision of being the industry leader in overall Customer Experience. This position will work closely with Service, Sales, Vendors, Accounting, and Logistics.

  • Sales Order Entry for parts into ERP system
  • Create and Issue Purchase Orders to vendors
  • Involvement in parts safety stock level management
  • Daily communication with customers via email and phone
  • Effective follow-up on customer orders
  • Cross department communication
  • Aid in physical inventory counts

Preferred Qualifications
