FOUNDATION AUTOMOTIVE is seeking an experienced Quick Lane Manager to join our team at Castle Rock Ford. The Quick Lane Manager position manages the day-to-day Quick Lane Operations and Service Advisors to ensure services requested by the customer are meet to performance standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a skill summary of the technical staff and make recommendations to service management regarding technical needs.
  • Schedule, assign, and supervise work with the objective of maximizing the balance of quality, productivity, and profit.
  • Demonstrate high level of product, technical knowledge and practical experience.
  • Meet regularly with team leaders, Service Manager/Director to report on shop production and review pending administrative matters.
  • Keep shop equipment in safe operating condition. Stay informed about new equipment available in the marketplace and be able to make objective recommendations regarding the purchase of such equipment.
  • Ensure service employees are following established safety protocols; ensure shop equipment in proper working condition; immediate reporting of safety incidents.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • 3 years previous quick lane experience
  • Proficient knowledge and use of dealership computer systems
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening
  • Authorization to work in the USA
