Job Description: Bilingual Automotive Sales (Spanish)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual Automotive Sales professional who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our dynamic sales team. As a Bilingual Automotive Sales representative, you will be responsible for selling used vehicles to our diverse clientele, primarily targeting Spanish-speaking customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain relationships by phone/text/email and in-person with potential customers by understanding their automotive needs and preferences.
2. Conduct sales consultations with customers to identify their requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options.
3. Showcase and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to customers, both in English and Spanish.
4. Facilitate test driving opportunities for customers and assist them in experiencing the vehicle's performance.
5. Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with customers, ensuring that all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
6. Collaborate with the sales and finance team to offer competitive finance and leasing options to customers.
7. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, including after-sales support and addressing any inquiries or concerns customers may have.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to educate customers effectively.
9. Participate in sales training and meetings to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
10. Continuously improves, researches, and works diligently to perfect sales and negotiation craft in pursuit of mastery.
11. Perform other other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory, both written and verbal.
2. Proven track record of success in automotive sales or a similar sales role.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals effectively.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced sales environment.
6. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
7. Knowledge of automotive products, including technical aspects and features.
8. Familiarity with computer software and CRM systems to manage customer data efficiently.
9. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Position Pay:

Pay depends on performance. Pay is hourly plus bonus.
Pay Range: $2500 to $6000 Monthly
