Full-time, fully remote position in retirement benefits administration, expected to work 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday with a 40+ hour work week. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for
growth. This position is full-time, fully remote, hourly, and nonexempt.
Duties
- All duties identified for Compliance Support position
- Support Implementation Team in new retirement plan set-up and take-over of existing data
- Complete reconciliation of plan assets and prepare statements for clients with one investment provider and no outside plan assets
- Complete basic required testing for retirement plans
- Support Relationship Manager in preparing, calculating, and presenting employer contributions
- Monitor plan operations for adherence to the terms of the plan document and applicable rules and regulations
- Must gain extensive knowledge of retirement plans through successfully completing the DC-1 exam within 1 year of accepting this position
- Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Vice President
Qualifications
- Be professional and articulate in both verbal and written communication
- Be well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Have excellent customer relation skills including the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
- Able to learn quickly and have the ability to research complex problems independently
- Personable, highly motivated, hardworking and positive attitude
- Ability to resolve conflict
- Be highly attentive to detail and accuracy of work and maintain an organized approach to duties and responsibilities
- Have strong computer skills including typing and 10-key, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Work well within a team
Educational and Experience - Bachelor's degree or work equivalent required. Retirement plan
administration experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements - This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
