Job Summary 

The Client Service Manager and Executive Assistant is an integral part of a growing wealth management team at KEATING. This position will contribute a multi-faceted project management and administrative acumen to coordinate new initiatives and ongoing processes for marketing, sales, client service, and client loyalty. Also, this person will provide exceptional logistical support to the team executive in his outside business activities. This role requires a confident, resourceful, process-driven individual with a high level of soft skills when working with clients from various industries and backgrounds.  

The Client Service Manager and Executive Assistant position is non-exempt, located onsite in the Manhattan office, and reports to the Growth Development Manager. 

Responsibilities include, and are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support through advisor email and calendar management, acting as a gatekeeper and strategic support to meet advisor priorities. 

  • Coordinate and implement marketing plan steps to meet goals & vision of the team. 

  • Create, implement, and support efficient processes that enable task coordination, communication, and completion among team members 

  • Proactively engage and enhance collaboration with cross functional teams and professional partnerships (internal and external), to enhance the working relationship and maintaining consistency for the advisor. 

  • Track and report on team metrics as determined by the team. 

  • Facilitate weekly team meetings.  

  • Research and support team adoption of new technology. 

  • Provide administrative and scheduling support for the executive regarding his work with his outside business activities.   

  • Seek information beyond what is plainly presented, with an aim to understand, propose, and execute solutions to any problem  

  • Other duties as assigned.
