Hours:
Must be able to work the following, firm schedule:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Saturdays 8:00 AM -11:30 AM

Requirements:

• A passion for wellness, and a comfort in promoting a healthy lifestyle is a MUST.
• A minimum of one year's worth of college credits.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office, etc.).
• High energy, a strong work ethic, and excellent social skills.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming patients with warmth and sincerity.
• Answering phones with energy and enthusiasm.
• Collaborating closely with our doctors to enhance office efficiency and customer care.
• Handling billing and financial transactions with care and attention.
• Managing scheduling and patient follow-ups.
• Corresponding via letters and email with professionalism and warmth.
• Tracking patient visits, office statistics, and contributing to goal-setting efforts.
• Ensuring that every individual who enters our office feels embraced and valued.
• Assisting with office events, organizational tasks, and maintaining office functionality.
