Job Overview:

Primoris Services Corporation is searching for a Title and Registration Coordinator. This position will report to the Fleet Manager (Title and Registration) and currently be based in the Denton, TX office.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Process title and registration activities through our vehicles’ lifecycle
  • Process all IRP/IFTA registered vehicles.
  • Maintain registration DOT and IFTA departmental reports and validate compliance with our standard operating procedures.
  • Complete registration renewals for all units on our inventory and order replacement plates/tabs as needed.
  • Complete title applications and plate transfers as needed for newly purchased/leased or transferred assets.
  • Maintain titling and registrations systems updated.
  • Support organization in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement initiatives and process re-engineering opportunities.
  • Other administrative duties as required.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year title and registration experience required.
  • MS Excel proficiency required – must be able to create, format and maintain spreadsheets, including formulas.
  • Strong communication skills are required including email communications and proficient use of MS Outlook.
  • Ability to work extended hours, and various work schedules.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Progressive use of time management to set and organize against priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external contacts, ability to work well with a variety of personalities and levels of technical proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with heavy equipment or as a fleet coordinator preferred but not required.
