Project Sales Associate

Triple "S" Building Center, a Mead Lumber Company, is a leading provider of building products to professional contractors, and remodelers. The Project Sales Associate is primarily responsible for helping customers with finding materials in order to complete their projects. They may also take blueprints and drawings and put estimates together for larger projects.

• Answer customer’s questions on how to accomplish their goals.
• Rent items to customers through the rental center.
• Help customers load up items in from the yard.
• Order non stock items such as windows or doors for customers.
• Order stock items for specific sections of the store.
• Put merchandise away as needed.
• Count inventory located in the store.
• Unload trucks weekly or as they come in.
• Build 3D models with our MiTek software.
• Read blueprints.
• Talk with contractors about future projects they have coming up.

• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self motivated and organized.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
