Position Perks:
- Salary: $58,240 to $62,400 with annual raise potential, commensurate with experience.
- Bonus Plan: Up to $6,600 annual bonus.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health/vision/dental insurance, 401K, free daily meals, tuition reimbursement, and more.
- On-call expectations/general hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM. On call during the week and every third weekend.
- Oversee nursing service administration and clinical supervision
- Implement and review nursing objectives, standards, policies, and procedures
- Interpret and enforce nursing policies and procedures to staff
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision to nurses and support staff
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and staffing requirements
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Americare standards, including inspections
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with LPN as the minimum certification (required)
- Current state nursing license with ongoing education certification (required)
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience (preferred)
- Authentic passion for people, community and senior care (required)
