Responsibilities:

• Conduct follow-ups with patients and efficiently schedule recall appointments.
• Present and assist patients in accepting treatment cases.
• Utilize your knowledge of insurance to ensure patients maximize their benefits.
• Minimize patient balances by accurately setting expectations and optimizing insurance utilization.
