Pay Rate: $25.00/hr. - $40.00/hr. - Depending on Experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday - 7:30AM-5PM- with nights and weekends on an as needed basis

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of residential service experience
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Must pass drug and background screens
- EPA Universal Required
- NATE certification preferred or willing to get it within a year of being hired
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Knowledge of electrical and refrigerant principles
- Ability to lay out and install refrigerant piping
- Ability to layout and install low-voltage wiring
- Diagnose, repair, and provide maintenance on a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment without supervision
- HVAC building code compliance
- Basic sheet metal practices
- Advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Operation of scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner
- Calculate equipment efficiency
- Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Advanced customer service skills
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School preferred
