- Proven record of sales process success from planning to closing
- Any Management experience with proven track record of meeting objectives
- 3-5 Years of Sales and/or Sales Management in Home Improvement sales - REQUIRED
- Ability to work light evenings, weekends and travel
- Coaching, Motivating, Mentoring and Training Sales Team
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
- Identify issues and offer constructive feedback to grow Team Members forward
- Leadership by example through successful selling habits and performance
- Ensure quotas are met/exceeded by hold daily check-ins
- Manage team reporting processes
