Seeking a Sales Manager or Sales Manager in Training who can motivate, mentor, coach, inspire, and drive the development of a high-performance Exterior Home Improvement Sales Team to success and beyond at our Troy/Rochester Hills Michigan Location.

Competitive Offering Expectation
$150,000 - $250,000 Annually

  • Recruit, set objectives, and monitor Sales Team performance
  • Achieve company objectives with sales goals, performance data, and forecasts
  • Continuously hire, train, and lead team to ensure effective sales tactics meet revenue objectives
  • Execute sales strategies and meet/exceed sales goals
  • Proven record of sales process success from planning to closing
  • Any Management experience with proven track record of meeting objectives
  • 3-5 Years of Sales and/or Sales Management in Home Improvement sales - REQUIRED
  • Ability to work light evenings, weekends and travel
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Coaching, Motivating, Mentoring and Training Sales Team
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
  • Identify issues and offer constructive feedback to grow Team Members forward
  • Leadership by example through successful selling habits and performance
  • Ensure quotas are met/exceeded by hold daily check-ins
  • Manage team reporting processes
